DETAILS◍ I will prioritize projects that most fit my art style & schedule.◍ I almost always work with preexisting designs, but occasionally design work can be discussed and would include an extra design fee (Type A around $40-$80, Type B around $80-$150).◍ Turnaround time for model art usually is 20-40 days. If you need your model earlier than that, it can be discussed and an extra rush fee may apply.◍ If I worked on your model and later on you want to add any extra expressions, new outfit, etc. please feel free to contact me even if my commission status is "closed". DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TYPE A AND B◍ Type A models are in overall more simple, both in lineart and coloring, base model has around 70 parts and with extras it can be around 90-100 of them.◍ Type B models are more complex in design, lineart and coloring. Base one usually has around 200 parts and with extras it can be 250 of them or more, hair is divided in more parts as well as eyes divided for detailed eye physics etc.◍ For type B commissions you can use this calculator to approximately see the estimate.────────── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ──────────

Terms of Service

GENERAL INFORMATION• Please read carefully about what each commission include and what extras can be charged. Prices listed are just base ones. If your character has extra elements, you will be charged accordingly depending on the complexity. Some examples of those are: animal ears, wings, horns, tails, big amount of accessories, etc.
• I have the right to refuse the commission in case I feel I am unable to fulfil your request.
• If you do not follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
• I am not drawing Furries / Non Humanoids (Human-type like characters or for example beast arms or legs may be okay, cute stylized animals are okay as well, please ask me directly and send your references), Mecha, Overly Complicated Armor, Bara, NSFW.

PAYMENT• Prices are in USD. I take payment through commission form from buymeacoffee.com. Payment can be made either full in advance or 50% prior to me starting and 50% after we agree on the final sketch.
• If the situation arises on my part I have the right to cancel and refund the money (except for fee of the payment service if there will be any) for your commission at any time.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS• Live2D model prices include commercial fees. This include promotion in social media and profits gain from design (donations, subscriptions, etc). But this does not include the rights to sell the art as merchandise (turning it into prints, stickers, etc.).
• Please credit artist. You cannot claim my art as your own. You may not trace or copy the model.
• As the artist I have the right to use the model commission in my portfolio and posting it on my social media (after your model reveal). I also may post WIPs, but in case you want to keep it private until reveal please let me know beforehand about this.
• If there are plans to use the model for business purposes, please let me know, the total price can be adjusted according to the scale of the project. However my main focus are models for personal use.

PRE- AND DRAWING PROCESS• You must either have a reference picture of your character or expect design fee to the overall price ($50-$150) if you do not have finilazed design. Design option must be disscussed prior to starting the commission. For reference image I prefer if the character is standing in a front or almost front straight pose and is clearly visible. There is an example image at prices page of what at least I can work with. I will be drawing based on your reference, some small changes in colors (or for example changing star on pendant to moon) are okay, but for significant or a lot of those changes I will be charging extra fee.
• I will work with character sheet that you commissioned or that was created by you. I would not make model of character just taken from the internet. I can ask you for proof that it was made specifically for you if I will have doubts.
• Submit a slot application via the email/google form.
• I will either confirm your slot via DMs or email and proceed to send the instructions or let you know that all of the slots booked.
• Please be aware that what you see in my portfolio is my art style. I can shift it a bit but I can not change it a great amount. Please make sure you are totally comfortable with my art style before applying.
• The colored final sketch will be sent to the client for approval. Please confirm all revisions before approving the sketch. Afterwards I will be charging extra for changes. The only changes that can be applied after the sketch are placement of the parts, colors and just some small alterations.
• If you have specific rigger in mind and he has his own guide list or some set of rules for his personal workflow, please send me those for me to divide everything accordingly.
• Please do not rush me, I would not forget about your order and in course of all my orders I will make sure to update you based on the major phases, namely sketch, final sketch with colors, lineart with base colors and final colored version. I will not be taking any rush orders unless I specify it beforehand.
• Do not sell or distribute any of the expressions, hands or any parts of the model to anyone.
• Please, make sure to describe what you want in as much detail and as clear as possible to avoid miscommunications.
• You may not resell the model for your profits. But there are certain conditions under which you can sell the model, if you are not going to sell it for more than you commissioned it from me and those are: you have updated your design/model and ordered it from someone else and would like to sell the old one that I have done;
you are not going to continue with vtubing at all and you do not need it anymore. You may reach me in those situations and I will tell more details in each case.
• Alterations to the model that I designed for you is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to alter any parts of the model or reach out to another artist to add or change anything in the psd file. In case you`ll need something of listed above you can message me even if my commissions are closed for the moment. We may discuss it further.
• If you commission only live2d model art, I will not be rigging or animating the model. You will be paying for the model only.
• By paying for the model you agree to the terms and services above.
• Standard turnaround time for illustration is 3 weeks to 2 months depending on the model's complexity.

CUSTOMERS INFO• If the client is not satisfied with the output because due to an error on my side such as details that has been stated/shown in your reference, I will revise it with no charge.
• If your model's animator suggests changes regarding the separations of the models parts, contact me and I will edit them with no charges.
• Any major changes aside from two mentioned statements will come with an extra charge once the illustration is complete.
